​Hygiene H2 construction

For furniture with back and sides to be covered

The hygiene H2 construction is typical for furniture used in compositions, with sides and back NOT in sight, opening on one or both sides. Mostly small modules belong to this type of construction.


This construction, designed without joints and with rounded internal corners, represents the highest level of hygiene and quality in furnishings.


H2 construction is very used in commercial kitchens, motorway restaurants and in general in kitchens of intensive use.

H2 hygiene modules are used for built-in furniture to be covered, furniture combined side by side, islands with opposite and communicating modules.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION:

  • Bottom and sides are made from a unique folded stainless steel sheet 1mm thick, folded with a 10mm radius for extreme ease of cleaning

  • The bottom has spherical welded corners

DIMENSIONS:

  • Height of furniture based on modularity 560/660/710/760 mm
  • Standard depths 560/660 mm
  • Width on base 100 mm

Usefull internal dimensions:

  • Height = H-40 mm
  • Depth = P-60 mm
  • Width = L-40 mm

Material:

  • Stainless steel AISI 304 scotch brite finishing

    - round with diameter 60 mm H 100/150 mm 

    - squared 40 x 40 mm H 100/150 mm

  • Double removable sliding doors
  • Double hinged doors opening 270°, adjustable in 3 directions
  • End side panels L=1 mm
  • Back removable from the inside
  • Height-adjustable shelves
  • Shelves and drawers' sliders are fixed on the inside of the modules
  • Fully extractable telescopic stainless steel sliders
  • Vertical/horizontal integrated by bending handles
  • Back and front gap of the worktop with respect to the furniture 20 + 20 mm
  • Rounded interior 10 mm radius
  • Tall cabinets: construction without top and side panels
