ORGANISATION, MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL MODEL (MOG)

As of 30/12/2019, we have adopted a MODEL OF ORGANISATION, MANAGEMENT AND CONTROL (MOG) pursuant to Article 6, paragraph 3, of Legislative Decree no. 231 of 8 June 2001, "Discipline of the administrative liability of legal persons, companies and associations, including those without legal personality, pursuant to Article 11 of Law no. 300 of 29 September 2000".

The Code of Ethics, which can be consulted here, is an integral part of it.

WHISTLEBLOWING

In compliance with Legislative Decree 24/ 2023, we have adopted a system for reporting offences and violations available to employees who wish to report any corporate offences of which they are directly affected or of which they become aware.

Before proceeding with a report, it is advisable to consult the WHISTLEBLOWING POLICY (PROCEDURE FOR MANAGING THE REPORTING OF ILLICITES).

Finally, please note that the service is not to be used for reporting complaints or requests of any kind, but is intended to provide employees with a tool for bringing to light and possibly punishing offences and violations, as per Legislative Decree 24/2023.
