When AGMA took its first steps in 1990, we already had a clear vision: to revolutionize the stainless steel furniture sector with an innovative approach. We did not limit ourselves to following trends, but anticipated them, being the first in Italy to introduce modular furniture systems. This intuition marked the transition from isolated individual furniture elements to integrated solutions with combinable modules and customizable work surfaces.

Our production philosophy, already established in Northern European markets, immediately projected us towards internationalization. The interaction with demanding customers from all over the world gave us a privileged perspective, pushing us in the mid-90s to introduce, first in Italy, computerized design programs on Windows systems. In 1997, with the creation of our website, we further expanded our horizons, extending our offer from the restaurant industry to other strategic sectors such as healthcare, industry, and residential.

The new millennium brought with it the introduction of laser sheet metal cutting technology, a radical change that allowed us to develop a cross-sector product platform. From a small production reality, AGMA has grown maintaining a work organization structured according to advanced industrial models, with latest-generation ERP systems and a completely digitalized production process.

Today our technical office, the beating heart of a company of 40 people, uses the best CAD technologies available, including PDM and PLM systems for integrated project management. ISO certifications attest to our compliance with international quality standards, while the EVO.4 platform, completely parametric and customizable, represents our technological flagship.

Laser technology for both sheet metal and tube cutting and for welding, combined with an integral traceability system, allows us to guarantee repeatability and qualitative consistency even for special products. Our lean production, without warehouse accumulation, and design always based on 3D modeling, allow us to rigorously respect the promised delivery times.

What makes AGMA special is not only technology and innovation, but the solid values that continue to guide us. The stability of our corporate structure, with myself, Martino Agostini, still actively involved in company life, guarantees continuity in vision and principles.
